Loralai Fluorite Mining Lease – 1,695.46 Acres

The Loralai Fluorite Concession is a 1,695.46-acre prospecting block located near Pitao Ghar, District Loralai, Balochistan. The block is held by M/S New Itehad Fluorite Mines (Al-Malik Mines & Minerals group) under a Prospecting Licence granted by the Director General, Mines & Minerals, Balochistan.

The concession sits in the Loralai–Musa Khel fluorite belt, part of the Sulaiman Range foothills of north-eastern Balochistan. This belt hosts economically significant fluorite (CaF₂), barite and lead-zinc mineralisation and has been a recognised prospect for acid-grade and metallurgical-grade fluorspar for several decades.

This is Al-Malik’s second fluorite concession — the group also holds the Khuzdar Fluorite & Barite block in central-south Balochistan, giving buyers exposure to two independent geological settings for the same critical mineral.

Al-Malik Mines is inviting joint-venture partners, sub-lessees and technical operators to develop the block. The opportunity is open to:

  • Steel and ferroalloy groups seeking upstream metallurgical-grade fluorspar supply.
  • Chemical and HF-acid producers needing acid-grade CaF₂ feedstock.
  • Ceramic, glass and optical-grade specialty markets requiring high-purity fluorspar.
  • Financial investors looking for diversified exposure across Pakistan’s fluorite portfolio.
  • Technical partners able to contribute drilling, extraction, flotation and haulage capability during prospecting and early production.
