We operate under provincial Environmental Protection Agency oversight and follow best-practice dust suppression, water management, and mine-closure planning on every site.
Safety
Every worker on an Al-Malik site is trained in mining safety fundamentals and equipped with appropriate PPE. Safety briefings are held daily, and incidents are reported and reviewed monthly.
Community
Al-Malik hires locally wherever possible. In every district where we operate, at least 70% of our workforce is drawn from within a 50 km radius of the mine site.
Worker Welfare
Fair wages, on-site accommodation for remote sites, health cover for permanent staff, and a clear grievance-handling process. Contract workers are covered by the same standards as permanent staff.
